Informação Geral:The Cloudbase Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of hang glider and paraglider pilots dedicated to assisting children in the United States and around the world where ever we fly.
Our goal is to work collectively under the direction of our elected and appointed Board Of Directors to gather donations from others and use those donations to support children around the world everywhere we fly. Our efforts will also raise public awareness of our sport, its people, our goals, needs and the mission of this organization to help children.
We desire to reach out to the general public, small and large corporations as well as other organizations in an attempt to collect donations that will then be given to assist children in the US and around the world. Our process of selecting where to give charitable donations is based on our mission statement and the majority agreement of the Board Of Directors.
The Board Of Directors will evaluate any charity to insure the greatest possibility of assistance to children with the lowest diluted value on what is given. The Board will determine how much is to be given and in what way, further insuring that we positively impact the quality of the children’s lives.
Our processes of gathering donations is done in such a way that it allows the possibility of continued support by the donor. Our gathering and distribution of donations are not limited to money, but include clothes, toys, food, water, baby supplies, medical supplies, educational supplies or even salary for staff to maintain missions, schools and hospitals. Anything that can assist in raising the social well being, health, wealth and general quality of live for children around the world where ever we fly is to be considered and evaluated by our Board.
We consider it the duty of all participating American hang glider and paraglider pilots to be in search of children in need and donors to support this cause.
It is our desire to use our sport in supporting and helpful ways to promote and positively affect children's health care, education and basic life’s needs.
Your donations and support are needed to meet the current commitments and our future plans to assist children in the USA and around the world.
