Winds from SSW to ENE, between 0 and 15 km/h, up to 30 km/h during bursts. Winds form SW and NE, between 0 and 10 km/h, maximum bursts of 20 km/h. Ceiling above the ramp. No nearby storms (Cb’s formation), Congestus (with or without rain), cold fronts or clouds forming and/or approaching rapidly at a lower altitude than the ramp's. Yellow flag – ALERT Conditions that require maximum caution to fly. Winds from SSW to ENE, between 15 and 25 km/h, up to 35 km/h during bursts. Winds form SW and NE, between 10 and 15 km/h, maximum bursts of 25 km/h. Tail winds, from W to N, up to 5 km/h, often turning into front wind at the ramp. Possible presence of moderate turbulences. No nearby storms (Cb’s formation), Congestus (with or without rain), cold fronts or clouds forming and/or approaching rapidly at a lower altitude than the ramp's. Moderate and constant Wind Shear(convergent winds) at the main landing site; use of the alternate landing site, a little ahead, is recommended. Red flag – DANGER Dangerous and critical conditions. Flight prohibited. Ceiling below the ramp, no visual contact with the land at sea level. Cb formation in the area, heavy Congestus. Possibility of severe turbulences during the flight. Cold fronts arrival. Rescue operations The ramp's fiscal and the technical director are responsible for the coordination of the operations and the control of the flag change, according to safety regulations.
